The bot, step by step

This is the full walkthrough, from opening the bot to a live token. Nothing here is complicated — it's a chat that asks you a couple of questions. Follow along in order and you'll have launched by the end.

Bot: @robin_hoodtech

Everything to do with your wallet and launches happens in a direct message with the bot, never in a group. If you try a wallet action in a group, the bot will politely tell you to DM it instead.

Step 1 — Open the bot with /start

Send /start to the bot. Up comes the main panel: a quick summary of what you get, and the main menu buttons.

The four buttons are your whole world:

  • 🚀 Launch a token — start a new launch.
  • 💼 Wallet — your main wallet: create, import, export, fund, plus bundles and settings.
  • 🪙 My tokens — every token you've launched, its market cap, and your fees to claim.
  • ❓ How it works — the built-in help, same info as these docs but shorter.

You can also type commands directly any time: /launch, /wallet, /bundle, /mytokens, /help, and a few more listed at the end.

Step 2 — Fund your wallet

Before you can launch you need a wallet with a little ETH in it. Tap 💼 Wallet.

If you don't have one yet, you'll see ✨ Create wallet and 📥 Import wallet (PK).

Create a fresh wallet

Tap ✨ Create wallet. The bot makes a brand-new wallet for you and shows your private key once, in a hidden (tap-to-reveal) message that auto-deletes after 60 seconds.

Save that key. Copy it into a password manager or somewhere safe right now, before it disappears. It's your only way to recover this wallet if you ever need it outside the bot.

Or import a wallet you already have

Prefer to use an existing wallet? Tap 📥 Import wallet (PK) and paste its private key (starts with 0x, 64 characters). The bot reads it and deletes your message immediately so the key doesn't sit in the chat history.

Now send it ETH

Your Wallet screen shows your address and your balance. Send some ETH on Robinhood Chain to that address. Tap the address to copy it.

A launch costs 0.0005 ETH plus gas, so even a small amount is enough to get going. If you plan to do a dev buy or a bundle, add a bit more to cover those buys.

Step 3 — Launch a token

Tap 🚀 Launch a token (or send /launch).

3a. Name it

The bot asks for the token name (up to 32 characters). Type it and send.

3b. Give it a symbol

Next it asks for the symbol — the short ticker, up to 10 letters/numbers, like HOOD. Type it and send.

3c. Choose how you want to buy at launch

Now the bot asks how you want to open. Three choices:

  • 💸 Dev buy — one buy from your main wallet, done in the same transaction as the launch. You're the first buyer, guaranteed.
  • ⚡ Bundle — a whole group of your wallets buys at once, right after the token goes live. This is the multi-wallet play — full details on the Bundles page.
  • 🚫 No buy — just launch it, no opening buy.

You can also tap ✏️ Name or ✏️ Symbol here to fix a typo before going further.

Dev buy — your own first buy

If you pick 💸 Dev buy, the bot asks how much ETH to buy with. Send an amount (for example 0.001). This ETH is swapped for your token inside the launch transaction, so no one can slip in ahead of you. The tokens land in your main wallet.

3d. Check the confirmation card and launch

Whatever you picked, the bot shows a confirmation card with everything laid out: name, symbol, the 1 ETH starting market cap, the 10M supply, the 2% trade fee (half of it to you), the launch fee, your buy details, and the total ETH you need versus what you have.

If your wallet is short on ETH, the card tells you plainly — "Main wallet can't cover the launch fee + gas" — and gives you a 💼 Fund main wallet button instead of the launch button. Top it up, then come back.

When everything's good, tap ✅ LAUNCH. The bot works through it — deploy the token, create the pool, lock the liquidity, and do your dev buy if you asked for one — and posts the result.

3e. You're live

Up comes the "🎉 [Name] ($SYMBOL) is LIVE!" message with:

  • Your contract address (CA) — tap to copy, this is what you share.
  • The pool address.
  • If you did a dev buy, how many tokens you got.
  • Links to the Scanner, the launch transaction, and DexScreener.

That's it. Your token is trading. Share the CA and let the hood eat.

The Wallet menu, one more time

For reference, here's everything the 💼 Wallet menu holds once you have a wallet:

  • 🔑 Export private key — reveals your key once (auto-deletes in 60s).
  • ♻️ Replace wallet — swap in a brand-new wallet. Type REPLACE to confirm. Export the old key first if it holds funds — the old key is removed from the bot.
  • 📥 Import wallet (PK) — bring in an existing wallet.
  • ⚡ Bundles — your bundle presets (see next page).
  • 📊 All wallets — one screen with the ETH in your main wallet and every bundle wallet, plus a grand total.
  • ⚙️ Slippage — your sell-side safety setting (default 15%). It puts a floor under bundle sells so a sale can't dump to near-zero. Send a number from 0.1 to 50.
